2024-2025 Futures Camps

The Ryan Jacobs Softball School Futures Camps are geared towards players who are currently playing or planning to play at an advanced competitive level. These camps are formatted to help you develop advanced softball skills and techniques in a demanding and fast paced atmosphere. The camp staff will include the current UNI Coaching Staff as well as the UNI Softball Team. You will have the opportunity to work with our players and coaching staff to see firsthand what it is like to play softball at the University of Northern Iowa. The camp is open to any and all participants, limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender, as required by the NCAA.

Location: Registration is at the SW Entrance of the UNI-Dome.

Items To Bring: Campers should come dressed for participation. We recommend campers wear clean tennis shoes, long pants, and provide their own personal gear such as bat, glove, and helmet. Catchers need personal catching gear. Please include you name on all personal items.

YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING (Even if you have attended University of Northern Iowa Softball Camps in the past, we will need a NEW copy  for EVERY Ryan Jacobs Softball School camp you register for):

Confirmation E-mail: You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of registering online for camp. Be sure and check your junk box, as sometimes the confirmation e-mail can get lost there. Also, the e-mail address you listed on the application is where the confirmation e-mail will be sent, so please double check that the e-mail address is entered correctly.

Refund Policy: In order to be compliant with NCAA rules, please understand that any payment you make towards camp is non-refundable. If for some reason a camper cannot attend, please inform us two weeks prior to the camp or clinic date and we will gladly forward your camp balance to be used towards for a different Ryan Jacobs Softball School Camp or clinic. Please note that this does not reserve or hold your spot, you must still meet registration deadlines. If the camp director is not notified two weeks prior to the camp or clinic date, no forward will occur. If an individual cannot attend due to a medical reason, please provide a doctor’s note to us and the balance will be forwarded, if the cancellation is made prior to camp. Finally, no refunds or balance forwards will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp.
